Tell us about yourself and what inspired you to start writing.
Growing up in Anchorage, Alaska in the 1950’s. That is where most of my family is. I really prefer California because of the climate and all the opportunities.
We were married in 1970 in Anchorage, Alaska. That is where are two children were born. Because of my husbands work in television we had an opportunity to leave for Ohio in the early 1980’s. Then later on in 1991 we made southern California our home. We are blessed with two lovely granddaughters from each of our children.
After reading stories to our children and grandchildren and we spent a lot of time at our library. I decided to write my children’s story. Then, write about how I was face to face with John Lennon because so many family members and friends asked me to have the story written down..
