Tell us about yourself and what inspired you to start writing.
Kathy and Karen are twin sisters. They live in Mississippi with their Mother and dog, Molly. They have an older brother that lives in North Carolina. Karen and Kathy are very close and have always dreamed of being a published author. They inspired each other to write and their favorite authors inspired them, too. Kathy loves Debbie Macomber and Karen loves Emily March.
They work with children in daycare and they say that helps them with their writing, it keeps their imaginations alive and thinking of new stories to write. In fact, their first book was written because they needed a story to go along with the unit of the week. Writing is important part of their lives, and they are not planning on slowing down. They re twin writers on the rise.
